We currently have an employment opportunity for an experienced Sales Person at our sister park, Lowfields Country Retreat, near Lincoln.

We are looking for a full-time (or two part-time) personable and pro-active Salesperson/s to sell our beautiful Caravan Holiday Homes which benefit from lake views, fantastic fishing and pure tranquillity in an idyllic parkland setting.
We attract prospective clients from generally within a 2 hour drive radius of the park, and the Sales Person is responsible assisting with marketing/advertising, for making appointments, showing prospective customers around the park and demonstrating the Caravan Holiday Homes that we have for available for sale to bring tours to a successful sale completion.
Additionally, the Sales Person will make contact with our holiday makers who come to the park for week long holidays, with a view of encouraging them to purchase a Caravan Holiday Home during their stay, and also to deal with upgrades of existing holiday home owners, whereby we trade in their current holiday home for a newer/better model.
Full in house training will be provided on the product and our sales process.
The successful applicant will have a passion for selling, be professional, computer literate and marketing minded too.
For remuneration, we provide a good basic salary plus commissions, with OTE of £30k – £35k p.a. for achieving realistic targets.
