We currently require a dedicated, enthusiastic and hands-on Manager Couple, to replace our retiring Park Managers who have been with us for the past 10 years, since the park’s first inception. Duties are to manage the day-to-day running, and continued expansion, of our beautiful established holiday park and fishery in Lincolnshire.

This is a rare opportunity to be responsible for the running and ongoing development of a high quality 5 STAR GOLD AWARD fishing retreat and work for a family company with over 30 years’ experience in the leisure industry. ‘Highfields Country Holiday Fishing Retreat’ is set in 200 acres of beautiful rural parkland, with stunning woodlands and 9 picturesque lakes. We currently have 135 Static Holiday Caravan pitches and 70 Lodge pitches, the majority of which are occupied by holiday home owners. Two Lodges, and three Static Holiday Caravans are managed as holiday lets.

We are looking for a couple seeking long-term employment, and who can fill the role of hands on ‘working managers’. The outdoor manager should have experience in Static Caravan siting, Caravan pitch service installations, general park maintenance and park improvement projects, the use and maintenance of park vehicles/machinery, record keeping, and be able to effectively manage and work alongside a small team of outdoor working people. The office manager should have experience in running a busy park office, good computing and general administration skills, have an excellent and helpful telephone manner, have a welcoming and outgoing personality for meeting and greeting park visitors, be able to undertake/arrange/oversee all office duties and also be able to liase with the sales advisor/s on a daily basis. The office manager shall also be involved with the organisation and arrangement of outdoor works which are booked through the office, and manage the office and cleaning staff. Both applicants should very much have a ‘can do’ approach, be very pro-active in undertaking their tasks and most of all, have excellent organisational and communication skills.
