Exclusive Fishing
We are specialists in offering fishing in the holiday park environment. Other parks often promote fishing but in most cases it is usually a ‘bolt on’ attraction which is given very little attention. For us, fishing is the key ingredient. There are no jet ski’s buzzing round the lakes whilst you are trying to fish, no reserved swims or day ticket anglers taking all the best swims at first light! We ensure the natural environment is maintained, over-commerciality is avoided and most important of all, our customers benefit from exclusivity.
Our lakes are all approximately 1-2 acres in size and all benefit from attractively planted islands. Dug into the natural clay bed and designed with the pleasure angler in mind, they are all nicely shaped with several promontories and bays to fish from. Anglers have the option of fishing the narrower channel swims up to the islands and also larger areas of open water.
All fishing is included in the holiday price or within the Pitch Fee for Holiday Home Owners – there is no extra charge.
Our Lakes
Contains a good head of Carp (Common & Mirror) and mixed Silver Fish including Roach, Bream, Perch, Rudd, Tench & Hybrids.
Stocked with the light-tackle fisherman in mind. It holds beautiful Crucian Carp, quality Tench and lots of Silver fish too.
Located near Reception - Containing Carp, Tench, Silvers, Good Perch - holiday-makers, owners and public are able to fish this water.
Our highest lake on top of the hill, surrounded by Lodges and lots of space. Contains Carp and Mixed Silvers
A beautiful elevated lake surrounded by Lodges and woodlands on two sides, located on our newest Meadow View development
A very attractive lake on Meadow View, surrounded by Caravan Owners and has lots of room. The lake runs from the woodlands to the meadows
This lake is surrounding by Lodges on Forest View. It is our largest and longest lake with bridges across it. Contains Carp and mixed Silver Fish
Located next to Spanby Wood on Forest View, this is a lovely lake with mature trees. Contains Common and Mirror Carp, and mixed Silver Fish
This lovely lake is located in the meadow on the way up to Forest View. Lots of 6-7lb Carp and Silver Fish too.
